The National Water Commission (NWC) is advising some customers in Clarendon that their water supply is currently being impacted by irregular power supply challenges at its Goshen Well facility.

Areas affected are: Goshen, Brixton Hill, White Chapel, Mount Valley, Mocho Road, Eden and Ashley.

The NWC said all technical teams have been alerted and are working to have restoration of service in the shortest possible time.

Also in Clarendon, operations at some NWC facilities are currently being severely impacted by high turbidity.

Areas affected include New Ground, Peterkin, Suttons, Summerfield, Rose Hill, Chapelton, Sangsters Heights Housing Scheme and Kellits.

The agency is indicating that normal operations will be restored as soon as conditions improve.
