Quick action by two Jamaica Constabulary Force policemen led to the arrest of a thief in Liguanea in St Andrew yesterday. Alleged eyewitnesses stated the man grabbed a chain and was attempting to escape, but his motorcycle fell. It is claimed that the suspect and cronies have been plaguing the area recently.
